Graduate study in Russian/Slavic and East European studies can be pursued via the Comparative Literature Program. Numerous graduate students have completed or are completing their Ph.D. in Comparative Literature with an emphasis related to Russian or East European studies and are now pursuing careers in the field, including as a tenure-track professor of Russian. Graduate students also have opportunities to teach within our program to build teaching experience useful for the job market and future careers in academic fields.
